1- Introduction
1.1. Overview of the Services
GG Corporate (hereinafter “the Company”) offers subscriptions through the Platform (including the website and mobile app) to personalised content such as:
Training programmes : AI-personalised exercises suited to different levels.
Recipes and nutrition plans : dietary advice and recipes tailored to personal goals.
Individual and group challenges : regular challenges designed to boost motivation and encourage engagement, available individually or in collaboration with a team. These challenges include progressive goals with performance tracking.
AI-powered virtual coach: an interactive digital assistant that analyses the User's data to provide personalised recommendations, adjust training and nutrition plans, and offer motivating feedback in real time
1.2. Scope of the Terms
These Terms govern the contractual relationship between the Company and registered users or visitors to the Platform (hereinafter “User(s)”), whether individuals or businesses located in France or abroad.
1.3. Territorial scope and legal compliance
Access to the services is subject to the laws applicable in the User's country of residence. The Company accepts no liability for use in a jurisdiction where its services are considered unlawful.
1.4. Important Notices
These Terms create a legally binding contract between you (the “User”) and the Company. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Platform or its services. GG Corporation reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated on the Platform and take effect 14 days after notification.
2- Definitions
Platform : means the websites https://go-gain.com and https://gogain.pro and the mobile application available on Android and iOS, providing access to the services offered.
User : means any adult natural person (or minor with parental consent) or legal entity (company, association or organisation) accessing the Platform's services for strictly personal or professional use, according to the terms of the subscription contract entered into.
Subscription : paid access to the content and services offered, available in different plans and durations (monthly, six-monthly, annual, etc.), tailored to the needs of individuals and businesses.
User Account : a dedicated personal space allowing the User (natural person or legal entity) to manage their access to services, preferences, subscriptions and, where applicable, their teams or employees for professional Users.
Business Customer : means any legal entity that has taken out a Subscription to provide its employees, members or other beneficiaries with access to the Platform's services for professional or organisational use.
3- Access to the Services
3.1. Eligibility requirements
Access to the services is restricted to:
Adults or minors with parental consent.
Companies or organisations subscribing for professional purposes.
3.2. Service availability
The Platform is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to possible interruptions for maintenance or force majeure.
3.3. Professional User Account
For Business Customers, a primary administrator manages access for their employees or members. Each end user is assigned individual access, strictly reserved for authorised personal or professional use.
4- Subscription terms
4.1. Available plans
Subscriptions include options suited to individuals and businesses, with different durations (monthly, six-monthly and annual).
4.2. Commitment and renewal
All subscriptions, except one-off offers or those specified otherwise, renew automatically when they expire.
4.3. Cancellation
Individuals and businesses may cancel their subscription within the stated time limits (72 hours before expiry for all subscriptions).
Business Customers must provide written notice of any cancellation or major change to their subscription terms.
5- Prices and Payment
5.1. Prices
All prices are stated in euros, inclusive of taxes.
5.2. Business invoicing
Businesses receive detailed invoices for each subscription period, reflecting any changes in the number of users.
5.3. Payment methods
Payments can be made using the following methods:
For individuals :
Bank card : through a secure provider.
Apple Pay : available on compatible devices.
For businesses (Business Customers) :
Bank card : through a secure provider.
Direct invoicing : according to the terms set out in specific contractual agreements.
6- Termination
6.1. By the User or Business Customer
Subscriptions can be terminated directly through the user account, or by written request for Business Customers. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period.
6.2. By the Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription in the event of:
Failure to comply with these terms.
Abusive or fraudulent use of the services.
Persistent non-payment.
7- Intellectual property
All Platform content (texts, videos, programmes, interactive tools, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised commercial use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8- Personal Data
8.1. Data protection
The Company undertakes to protect Users' personal data and to process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8.2. Business Customer data
The professional information collected (employee data, usage tracking, etc.) is processed in strict confidence and exclusively within the scope of the services provided.
8.3. Users' rights
Each user may:
Access their personal data.
Request its rectification or deletion.
Object to its processing within the limits of the law.
9- Liability
The Company is not liable for:
Damage resulting from use of the services that does not comply with the terms.
Technical problems beyond its control (network failures, viruses, etc.).
Any disagreements or disputes between individual or business users concerning access to the services.
10- Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts after an attempt at amicable settlement or referral to the consumer mediator.
