1. Publisher and scope
This policy concerns go-gain.com and gogain.pro, as named in the legal notice. The publisher is GG CORPORATE (GOGAIN), a French limited liability company with capital of 500 euros, registered with the Paris trade register under 985068642, with its registered office at 40 AV BOSQUET 75007 PARIS, intra-community VAT number FR58985068642. Contact: app@gogainparis.com.
2. Contact form
The form collects your name, email, phone number (optional), subject and message to answer your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.
The reception date and time, originating page and language, and the browser user-agent string (truncated) are recorded automatically. The raw IP address is not stored. A hashed network-address fingerprint, with a secret salt, is used for 1 hour as a counter for the limit of 5 messages per hour and retained in the message record to prevent abuse.
The recipients are members of the GoGain team, via an email notification sent to app@gogainparis.com by the email provider Resend. Messages are stored in Redis Cloud (Redis Inc., United States), obtained through the Vercel marketplace.
Website records are automatically deleted by a daily purge 3 years after receipt. Email copies in the app@gogainparis.com mailbox are retained until the request has been handled, then deleted no later than 3 years after receipt, like website records; these copies are not subject to the automatic purge and are deleted manually.
Contact data is not added to any marketing or newsletter list and is not used for marketing without separate consent.
3. Cookies and audience measurement
Before any choice, no analytics tool or advertising script is loaded. Pages load their own files and media and modules from the Framer CDN (framerusercontent.com), which receives your IP address. On standard pages, Calendly is loaded only at your request when you open the booking widget. The partner-offer page /offers/disney loads the Calendly widget and a QR code library from cdn.jsdelivr.net as soon as it opens, before any choice. Fonts are served from go-gain.com, without requests to Google Fonts or Fontshare.
After acceptance, only Google Analytics 4 (G-46LMGVFSRD) is loaded directly through gtag.js to measure audience and improve the website. No advertising pixel is used.
Google consent mode grants analytics_storage only after acceptance. The ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization parameters remain set to denied.
If you refuse, Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is stored in the browser (localStorage, key gogain-analytics-consent) and can be changed through “Cookie preferences”. Refusing after acceptance sets Google consent to denied, deletes the _ga and _ga_* cookies (and _gid and _gat, if present) accessible on our domain, then reloads the page to stop the loaded scripts. The functional gogain-language cookie stores your language choice for one year.
4. Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. The host may generate server-side logs. Framer (framerusercontent.com) provides the CDN for media and modules.
5. Providers and transfers
- Redis Cloud — contact message storage, obtained through the Vercel marketplace: hosted by Redis Inc.; transfers governed by its DPA and standard contractual clauses. Redis Inc. is based in the United States. Documentation

6. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw consent. French law also provides for instructions concerning your data after your death. To exercise your rights, write to app@gogainparis.com. There is no automated decision-making on the site.
